Very disappointed with the former rv storage owner here. We had been with this facility for at least ten years. It used to be well maintained. Gate was locked, lots had no weeds, and we felt our unit was secure. Since it was sold by Bentley, the facility had gone down hill. We asked repeatedly for over a year about the gate not being locked. Luckily, A-Verdi bought the storage facility and we couldn't be more pleased. Gate is now locked, gravel is down, and Becky is onsite to help.

I think the prices of storage are way to high. They did fix an issue we had. Took a while and I was very upset but eventually they fixed it. The storage place is nice.

New owners will not communicate with me. Manager told me to not pay my bill one month and I would hear back from them about my monthly rate. I'm not upset that my monthly rate was not changed, I'm upset that they are trying to pin $60 in late fees on me because I did exactly what they told me to do. If they fix this there is no issue, but whoever is making the decisions seems to not give a crap about normal people who rent from them.
