This Company charged me 3 times for the same Initial charge of $51.79 totaling $155.37 and when I called them to get a refund, they told me that they only have one charge on file and that because it was the previous month, they could not do anything about it. DO NOT USE ALL-PURPOSE STORAGE.

I've been using all purpose storage for over a year now and it came time to upgrade to a larger unit. I started the process online and hit one point where as an existing customer I wasn't sure what to do. In a matter of seconds my phone rang because their system flagged that I was having an issue and there was a real live human customer service rep ready to help me. (Let me reiterate, they called me to offer help! I didn't have to call a tech line and get routed through 20 minutes of automated menus, a human being called me ... read more
