I had a frustrating experience with this storage facility. When I originally reserved the unit, I was not given a unit number, which caused issues upon arrival and setup. There was no one on site to assist, and it made the move-in process unnecessarily difficult. After renting the unit for a couple of months, I decided to cancel.
