We have been using this pool service for 15 years and have found their prices to be fair. They treat us like family and go beyond what we would expect.

BAD BAD BAD SERVICE – This company is horrible. I told the guy that came to clean my pool that I would no longer need their service and that I need that I want it to cancel the service. He said sure and that he would let the company know. Reason: pool was always dirty and sometimes week would be miss and I still had to pay full fee. This month i found out that this suckers send me to collections for $800.00 WTF!!!

Pool Service costed me money i dont have – This companys employees does pool care on saturdays when the company is closed. they use there trucks, and equipment and chems to do this. a guy was doing our pool, no show no call from may until july. the pool water turned black. we had to drain the pool, preasure wash the pool and filters. it took 2 days to refill this pool. then the guy says you have to pay for 1/2 the pump rental. my question is, whos gona pay the water bill for this guy NOT doing his job? if there was a problem... read more

Unsatisfactory service on every level – Without a doubt, the worst service and most overpriced service I have experienced since moving to Las Vegas. The failed to clean the pool for weeks, failed to fill out there own timesheets, or would fill them out as "cleaned" when there was still debris (2ft long sticks, leaves, etc) and a thick layer of dirt in the pool.
