Nancy, Arturo, and crew were very kind, efficient and hard working. Nancy often read my mind when I wasn’t sure what siding I needed and she helped me figure it out. I hired this roofing contractor expecting a professional job, but the experience was a disaster. The crew arrived late multiple days and rushed through the installation. Within a few weeks, shingles started coming loose and we noticed leaks during rainstorms. When I called to report the issue, I was met with excuses and delays. It’s been over a month and they still haven’t come back to fix their mistakes. Extremely disappointed with the lack of responsibility and poor workmanship.

This company gave us a quote that seemed reasonable at first, but once work started, they kept adding on unexpected charges. Communication was terrible—they rarely answered calls or gave updates. The project was delayed by two weeks without any clear explanation. In the end, the roof looks okay but not worth the stress and inflated cost. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
