Mark Masengale is a very talented inspector. After our experience of having him inspect a property in Ford's Colony that we were very interested in purchasing I feel confident in recommending him. Mark's evaluation saved us from making a very serious, costly mistake. I know a little about caring for a home after years of upkeep on 3 different homes we have owned in the northern VA area. Mark was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is hilarious and really knows his stuff. He made it easy for my husband and I to understand exactly what kind of work our new house would need and what we should expect. He got back to us very quickly about scheduling an inspection time and is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend All Property Evaluations and we will definitely use them again.
