2 weeks phone and msg with no call back, cant get appoimnt of info about work..sad
The person I dealt with was very rude and insulting. After the head ache of back and forth phone calls trying to set up a time for him to do the work. I asked him if I could pay for the parts and get them ordered ahead of time. I didn't want my only transportation sitting at his shop while I wait for parts. He acted like a drama queen, insulted me and told me he didn't want to do it anymore, wasting my time.
Dropped my car off may 1st he told me it would be done in a day so I left things like my cap and gown and prom suit in there because I wouldn’t need it until may 20th a week goes by and he has not given me any updates he didn’t pick up any of my calls. Then he finnaly picks up and says it’s going to be a second week. The second week rolls around and still dosent pick up any calls and I told him to just give me the car back and I’m going to take it somewhere else and he cusses me out. This man at this shop is a Racist and by far Rude. Don’t bring your vehicle to his shop. Don’t trust him he does extremely bad business very unprofessional and after days of having your vehicle and your part finally come he tells you he doesn’t have time to fix your vehicle and to come get your keys. When you have a business of your own as he does I was losing money he is very inconsiderate Don’t Do It…..Remember this post when trying to get your vehicle fix Run from this Place
THE OWNER IS A TOTAL LUNATIC. I called to inquire about transmission service and he was extremely rude, so I quickly got off the phone. He proceeded to repeatedly call me back three times in a row cursing at me. I ended up having to block the number. You should go somewhere else.
