We couldn’t be happier with our new roof, from start to finish, Brian gave us our estimate, and helped with financing, when the crew showed up, they started to work, and there was 2 people on the ground, making sure everything went smooth, Ashley called during the process to see if there was any questions or concerns, they really do care about making sure their customer is happy, our roof looks great, and we feel like no other roofing company could have done a better job.

From the booking Experience with Blake, the installation experience with Jim, Moises, and the crew, to the customer experience pop in to check on the work from Ashley, EVERY experience with Mr. Roofer has been phenomenal. Blake left no stone unturned when explaining the process including being incredibly real and transparent about the potential added cost if rotted lumber was found after removal. I had an entire roof placed on my house about 5 years ago and now I have a leak. I thought no problem I will call Mr. Roofer I will have them come out find the cause of the leak and make repairs. They put the roof on so they are the ones that I should call. I was told they would have to find the paperwork of when I had the roof placed on. That’s fair because I would want to double check this as well. I just received a call back and I was told when I purchased the entire roof it only had a 2 year warranty not a 5 year warrant... read more

I highly recommend Mr. Roofer in South Point, OH! From the very start they were very friendly and professional to the very end! They are very efficient and do great work! They had my roof completed in one day! It looks amazing and I am very pleased!

When I first called Mr. Roofer I had no Idea that a roof wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg. They are very professional and went above and beyond to make sure that even the process with my insurance went smoothly. They have a great team of people who care.
