Jay and Kelsey were awesome, everyone was well organized and very efficient, the job was finished in an amazing amount of time and looks wonderful, and it didn't break the bank! 10/10
They returned my call for an estimate within an hour. They were professional and very friendly, On the day they were supposed to repair my roof, they had an emergency repair, and called me to reschedule. They showed up on the new time, and did a very nice job replacing the facia, installing ice guards, and replacing all the screws on my metal roof with better screws with grommets. I was also happy with the price. Special thanks to Jay and Kelsey.
I had an amazing experience with Mr. Roofer! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and delivered top-notch quality. A huge shoutout to Kelsey and Mr. Jay—they went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. **Update: I received a phone call from the actual owner not the manager who pretended to be a co-owner. Jon was very professional and it was nice to talk to him and express my concerns because Kelsey the manager NOT co-owner did not care about having my business at all. Jon really gave me faith back in him and HIS company as the business owner. Once we work together I will post another update and adjust the star rating based on the experience.
