A Big Money Grab! I am not here to bash this company but give facts. I would exhaust all options before renting with this company. Their fees are enormous and their communication is poor. We signed a lease with them against my better judgment and it has been proven to right. App fees $100 per person, holding fee, admin fees, they asked for first, last & deposit plus condo association app fee, there were other fees also. The money they required was just too much. My experience with Allision and Jason was amazing. They checked in to see of if I needed anything through out the process. The day before I was supposed to moved in there was a little issue, but Jason was right and it snd got it resolved. I worked recommended both Allison and Jason.
Allison and Jason were great! They made the move in process so easy and helped us move in sooner last minute no issues at all!
Jason, Jim and I and Brenda cannot thank you enough for all you have done. I'm so grateful you sold our house in 8 days, and also got us into our next house, all within a month. There was so much to do and you were on top of everything. Thank you so much for your great service. Also, Allison you were great to work with.
