Do not rent from them. The manager will enter the residence without any notice and will not make repairs until a week after they are reported.
Terrible!!! We rented from the one on Houston st in Portland. The leasing manager lost our rent money order and claimed we didn't give it to her, after giving her a written 30 notice with our new forwarding address on it, she lost it. She is awful! Won't return calls. I would never recommend her or the business to watch over your home.
Very poorly managed. Do not return phone calls for a week at a time. What a shame it makes Phyllis Lee look bad.
