He was on time, courteous and professional. Did a good quick job.
Very nice, honest, hardworking guy. He worked on my house from 9:30-4:30 non stop and left nothing undone. Explained anything and everything directly as to what outcomes to expect given our property needs and limitations. Would definitely hire him again and definitely recommend him to others.

Tim responded with my appraisal the next day. Tim assured me he could clean the tough areas and he did. He exceeded my expectations. We added my driveway and deck to the house cleaning. Cost for the entire job was great. Tim even added some extra things for the same cost. I highly recommend Tim. He is very good at what he does.
