These guys were great! Gave me good advice before coming out and when we confirmed there was indeed an issue they sent a technician out same day and I had my replacement part within a week! Thanks Tom and Cheng for great customer service!
They treat everybody with respect and give outstanding customer service, they are all extremely knowledgeable. Service is done in a timely manner, no complaints.
I have been a happy customer for about 44 years, starting in about 1972. The company is proactive in attending to the pool equipment maintenance of pool conditions. Also, the pool is ready for swimming literally more than 99% of the time. Pricing and quality of service are very good. Repairs are done in a timely manner.
Called late Monday afternoon that my pool pump wasn't working right. Showed up Tuesday the next morning at 9 am had it fixed by 11 am. The tech was very polite and knew what he was doing.
I just cancelled my account with All Pro. We kept it after buying our house. We never knew if or when they came. We had to guess based on how the pool looked. They never invoiced us at the proper address even after several phone calls. We also put in several phone calls before receiving an answer when our pool all of a sudden was filled with dirt.
