All Pro Plumbing was useless. They made an appointment for 2:00pm the next day and did not show or call. When we called, they promised they would be out the next day, but again, did not show. The third call, they said it would be a week. Worst service I have ever had!
We had our water heater drained by All pro plumbing to get out all the calcium and sediment. Aaron came by and was very professional and knowledgeable. He drained it and he suggested we put in a new annode rod. The old rod ( 7 years old) was replaced and we are quite satisfied with the job and price.
Wanted to share our wonderful experience with one of your employees, Aaron Saenz, in San Antonio, Texas. Not only was he highly professional, he was very thorough in completing the maintenance on our water heaters and plumbing. He noticed some slow draining and went to investigate….finding lost family heirloom, diamond earrings that had been stuck in the drain! I am so grateful for his attention to detail!!! He is a treasure and remarkable asset to your company!!!!
