The foreman needs to learn how to address and manage problems and employees. He has little to no patience when it comes to others making mistakes. I worked there 2 weeks and seen at least 8 guys come and go within 1-3 days of working there. I believe that is their way of having job security. That was one if the main reasons I left. I worked for Jared Waterhouse for 6 months saw over 40 people come an go for various reasons. Management mostly tried get my tax papers from them an all my calls get ignored or screened awful company they will promise you Mars when they can't even deliver the outer atmosphere.
