I used them a few years ago and am still finding scratches, dents, bent and broken items. My kitchen table looked like a sander was taken to the surface and ruined. In dealing with obvious damage at the time the process was unfortunately full of excuses. Even the things that where clear how it happened. They may have improved in the last 2 years but based on my experience I do not recommend using them.
