El personal de la oficina es lo peor q hay. Cuando te respomde
Few stars because of their failure to return messages left on phone mail and for their excruciatingly uncomfortable waiting room (14 chairs.) Patients do not follow suggestion of coming by themselves, and this “suggestion” is not enforced by the Administration, adding to the discomfort. The professional who tended to me is marvelous. Too bad he is not an MD.
Tienen una atención pésima. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Me tuvieron 2 horas por gusto. No explican bien las cosas y el día del apoiment te salen con que falta algo. Te hacen perder el tiempo y te mandan a llamar a tu clínica para resolver el problema que al final no se resuelve y te hacen esperar por gusto para no atenderte.
Not sure they have staff to answer phones. Forgot whom I was calling from waiting. Best call insurance and get legit contacts.
First and foremost..Dr Kianfa Martinez is amazing.. Super knowledgeable and caring..the low rating is for my frustration not being able to contact anyone in the office..You call firdYs without success. You leave a.messGe even though the answering service and no one calls you back..It is very frustrating specially a day likeidN where I Jay aaot at 2:30pmandmy medical transportation screw up..I tried to get in contact with my Dr to ask her if she can possibly do a telehealtnot to lose my appt but no one answers the phone..h
