We had an issue with our older HVAC unit and were looking for someone to come out, diagnose and service. The other larger firms only wanted to replace and would not visit without a fee and could not make it for 2 or more days. I found Doug with All Pro. He was able to visit same day, diagnosed the problem, made the repair and we had cold air again that day. More than 2 weeks later, everything is still working great. Doug saved our summer. I highly recommend.
Very happy with my experience. Power went out to the entire neighborhood and after it came back, the upstairs a/c never came back on. I needed someone to come out quickly as it was starting to get hot upstairs. I called at 9am and All Pro was out by 11 am. They fixed the issue at a very reasonable price and even gave me some pointers on how to prevent the problem in the future myself. I am now a regular customer.
I've used doug at all pro for 3 of our HVAC units. His team does an amazing job - their duct work is super clean and they leave the space better than they found it. Their prices are always more than fair as well. I have one more unit that will need to be replaced and I will definitely call Doug when it's time.
Doug is frank, honest, offered self check before he even comes out to save me money; he came out quickly since we are closed and had it fixed quickly thankfully it was an easy problem. He definitely is my go to for AC issues moving forward
Shopped around multiple HVAC companies and was shocked at their prices, like it was jaw dropping expensive till I met with Doug.
