I wish every service I needed had this company’s honesty and integrity. AC stopped working, we knew it was original. We braced for the worst, a new system. Called Doug, he was honest and got it working by replacing the motor at a fraction of the cost of a new system. He has never tried to push anything that was not needed. He did warn me that soon we would need a new unit, as it was 21yrs old. Failed to provide warranty
Apparently the owner is telling his customers he will retire in October and therefore not willing to fix issues under warranty.
Apparently the owner is telling his customers he will retire in October and therefore not willing to fix issues under warranty.
We hired Doug to replace our AC coil. The new coil is defective and not working properly. An independent diagnostic showed a significant temperature difference, with one side freezing and the other side not getting cold enough. We have contacted the company multiple times, but they have not responded to our requests to fix the problem under warranty. We are still waiting for to All pro mechanical to resolve this issue and honor their commitment. I will update this review if they take action.
