These guys are total idiots. Not a soul in that place is qualified to scrub a toilet. The service manager Dale has about the I.Q. of a hotdog and is as helpful as a rash. I went to get the gear case serviced on my Mercury ProXS and after 3 months I finally got it back. Not 5 minutes after launching the boat I heard a loud pow and the boat came to a stop. These guys are horrible. I bought a part from them that they told me was the right one... Turns out they sold me one part and gave me a different one THEN charged ME the restocking fee.... I thought they were the experts but I was mistaken. Then I had to pay because the part I paid (on the receipt) was not the part in the box... Shame!
This place is horrible...unfortunately I was new to town and didn't know it till I was sucked in and had them do some work. A year later I was still having to deal with, and spend money on, things that they messed up. They are pretty incompetent and/or dishonest and make mistakes to create more work for themselves...either way heed my advice and stay FAR away from them.
