Be very careful with this guy. He states he has a valid Florida license, but he does not. He even tried to pass off a wind mitigation report to me that was for a house in North Port, I am in Venice. He report contained errors and was emailed to me a week lather than he promised. He lied to me saying he had tried to email it earlier, but the email would not go through.
