My partner & I reached out to John after having All Pro’s ad shared by a family friend. In the end, we decided to go with another company and John’s response to this information was to be passive aggressive and tell us “Good luck, you’re gonna need it with the condition of your house.” Should have checked Google reviews first as this is apparently not the first time he’s had an attitude with prospective customers. Highly disrespectful and unprofessional. We were going to go with them to fix our roof and after talking to John, we decided to drop them. He was so rude and did not take our repairs serious. I would go with another company.
