What's all the fuss about? GREAT SERVICE! Wow! Not sure about the negative reviews on here. But I can tell you that my husband and I couldn't be happier! We called for a windshield for my husband's truck. Not only were they $100 cheaper than some of the other places we called, but they were able to come out the next day. The tech arrived on time and was very polite! As far a a rude receptionist, we did not have that issue. But I don't think that is a fair reason to not use a business. It's the overall service that matters! T... read more
All-Pro Glass We brought our car here to have the passenger window replaced. The service was not the greatest. After we got our car we had to vacuum it again for broken pieces and we got a lot more.
Poor Buisness! I had heard good stuff but NOT what i got, Not only did i call and get put on hold by a really rude lady but then i hear as im on hold a dog barking? i thought thats weird from a autoglass but went through with my replacement and that week they sent out two guys who didnt take there time and job was poor. I do not recommend this buisness too ANYONE.
2 different times I used this company 2 different times for 2 different types of glass. The first time was for my Tahoe. GREAT experience! Made the appointment with gal on the phone, they came out next day, and it was a great job. A few moths later I needed a window for my home. This was a bit more of a challenge. I called for at least 3-4 days leaving messages with the gal who answers the phone for the guy who does the home glass. By the 3rd day of no reurned calls I called one more time. great for windshield repair This place was great when I needed my windshield replaced. They came to my work to do it. It wasn't quite right, so I called and they sent someone back out to fix it. Perfect. Ive used them twice, and they were great both times. Nice and friendly, price point was perfect. Def recommend.
They're cheap, but so is the workmanship. It took their technician nearly half a day to jam a new windshield into our car. He did apologize for taking so long to force a fit. The car is normally garaged, so it was three months before we noticed a long, internal crack in the glass originating from one of the pressure points. The crack could only have been caused by a fault in the glass, or the installation, but when we called All Pro, they simply told us no refunds or repairs after 30 days.
