Got in next day. Great bedside manner, full informed consent, did a procedure and numbed me up fully(had a podiatrist once tell me it took too long to numb up so he did procedure without!) Made sure i was comfortable. Office staff was great as well, would highly recommend and will return if I have another issue!
Wasted over $500 on a pair of orthotics years ago that I have never worn. They blew it the first time & had to send them back out, had to come back two or three times, each time they charged me for an office visit, which is Ridiculous since it was their fault, not getting it right the first time. I HATE doctors. Most act like you are a number. Dr Patel was actually interested in what I was going through. I was able to get a quick appointment for an ingrown toenail that kept coming back and no one could fix. She did a great job, didn’t hurt me and was kind and patient. I found an answer to my longtime problem and I’m so grateful! If you are looking for a great doctor who actually cares she’s it.
