The unit I live in isnt exactly the nicest, but Ive been very happy with the property manager Pete. Very professional, prompt and understanding. An element went out in out hot water heater and it was very quickly taken care of, all fixed within 6 hours. The maintenence guy they sent over was great too, he fixed our front door and left his number just incase there ended up being a problem with the hot water heater.
These people are scam artists. Sharmon and Julie will promise every thing and then not call. We applied for a house and though the web site claims they will process within 24 hours or a few days more they did not do so.Flathead Property Management makes every effort to process applications within 24 hours of submission; however, processing cantake several days due to inability to contact previous landlords, employers or other references. Worse Property management I have delt with! If you have a problem and call, their answers are that there is "nothing we can do right now"...Things never happens during office hours, so they have a on-call person, that persons only answers are "well, there is nothing we can do right now." Also do not complain about one thing because they will nit pick everything you do from that time on out! Tenants should never go three day with out being able to run water in there apartment because they dont want to do anything after hours ... read more
Very poor relations and communications, Says one thing and then does another, staff unresponsive. Could have been a decent opportunity for everyone, now a lose, lose. Takes forever to get anything done
My tenants were moved out unnecessarily and it has taken over 9 months to get minor repairs and cleaning so that the property can be rented. Incomplete records of expendatures. Not shutting off utilities when told to do so resulting in over \$800 in winter utility bills. Poor communications.
