Do not trust this company. They dropped my contract after I requested some electric work as stated in the contract. Initially they said they had a big job for Panera bread and to call in few weeks. It went on and on for few months until they sent an email stating to find a new AC maintenance company because they provide maintenance services only to business. I didn't come here to damage your rep. The job was a nightmare I'm sure you will agree. There were a few problems. Your lead man bent over backwards for me. He was the only one that listened when I said it was wired wrong and leaked since it was moved. Unfortunately the obvious was overlooked. That's why the remark from my AC guy. 20 year old service valves sometimes stick and or don't like heat. Stuff happens. I guess lesson learned. Gave you two more stars because you replied. be well
They were hired by our roofers to disconnect and reconnect our units. There was a glitch and they had to be connected temporarily. I had no cool, they messed the wires up two days later they fixed that. Topped off the system and it worked for a day. Showing some patients I waited for them to do the final install. I told them I thought I had a leak. They said they checked it and no leaks. Charged it again no cool after a day. Called my AC guy, in 5 min he found the leak (service valve) I know they had to use. This company boldly advertises pool heater repair on their website but doesn’t bother to call you back when you make an initial call to them. After calling them back again they state that they don’t repair pool heaters.!!!!! Which is shockingly stated all over their website…. Buyer beware false advertising and selective profiling of clients.
