Karl and Aron the gentleman behind the counter are both ASE certified and are easy to deal with. The problem is always fixed as promised and on time. They also have this MedixMiles program that allows you to get free work done once you have enough miles (For every dollar you get 1 mile)to redeem for free brakes, oil changes and other work.
Last week my car died while driving and the operator from AAA said that Carmedix was the closest AAA approved shop. I have to say that it was not the typical shop setting I was expecting. As soon as i walked in the waiting and show rooms were huge and comfortable. I didn't feel like I was waiting in a converted broom closet. The service advisors were very fast and very helpful. My car started acting strange while driving down 101 on my way home from work at 6:30P.M., just did not seem like it was pulling right and I was loosing speed to the piont I had to pull off at the next exit. Knowing that no one would be open so late, thought well just maybe there might be. Awful... Be prepared to spend some money because this place will be very expensive. After taking a vehicle here to have two sensors replaced which ran close to $1,000.00 they informed us that they had broken another part in the process leaving the car with no heat. they offered to fix this part for another nine hundred and some odd dollars. There was absolutely nothing wrong with this part beforehand although they claimed was completely corroded and inevitable. Inspection of this part showed this not to be the case.
