Don't get conned. Made an appointment for them to come to my location. It was right after a hail storm, and it was not urgent for me so I asked which day was more convenient for them. We agreed on a Friday. Thursday night I got a call saying that there has been a "change of plans". He said it would be another week or I could come to their location. Horrible. Had to replace my windshield 1 year later because it was actually falling off. Called company, never an answer or call back. Beware!

I had a positive experience with this company in fall 2015. However, I am now disappointed in trying to schedule a windshield replacement recently. Unlike last fall, the phone number now leads to an automated answering system. I left a message with my info requesting to schedule a windshield replacement and never heard anything back after 3 weeks.
Everything about my experience was incredibly disappointing. They missed their initial appointment because they were late, they then came 1.5 hours outside of the second appointment time that they scheduled and the guy who worked on my windshield tracked mud and dirt all over the inside of my car. When I called to complain and request a partial refund they never followed up or returned my subsequent calls. Do NOT use this company, they are irresponsible and unprofessional.
