Called to arrange for repair of my washer and dryer. Parts was delayed on the dryer (understandable), but I already had the washer part and just wanted someone to put it in. No Call No Show, so I installed the washer part myself. Called back to check on the status of the dryer part, no response.

My refrigerator was not working correctly. I called and made an appointment with Jim for him to check. The soonest he could come was in two days which was fine. About an hour later he called and said he was on his way! The old fridge was shot so he recommended it be replaced. Wonderful service!

Jim was amazing! Our fridge wasn’t keeping cold so I called Frigidaire and he was the first one listed. Called and he came out the same day, ordered what we needed after running some tests, and was able to come back two days later to fix. With everything being so insane in the world right now due to COVID-19, I wasn’t sure how this would work with him coming into our home - he was very professional and respectful of our space, as we were of his while he was working.
