Saved me money called all pro to fix my dryer and washer combo. Pricing was excellent and technician was honest and repairs were made on the spot. Will def use again and recommend
Speedy service/informative technician Hired all pro to fix my appliance. Diagnosed and repaired fairly quickly. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing was very reasonable. Did not break the account. Own several apartments will definitely use again on future projects
Honest repair company Hired all pro for a leak on a washer in one of my condo units. The tech was able to find a hose had popped off. He was upfront on repairing the hose and did not use any parts. I was only charged a trip charge and no labor. Thanks for being honest and will use you guys again.
Do not use them! I made a huge mistake in wanting to support this local business. Never again. They submerged the motor in water when they came to evaluate and now the unit needs replacement vs repair. I waited over 2 months for "parts" and then they never showed up for the repair. Hung up on me on phone when I tried to call them.
Do not use this service, ever! I contacted "John" to fix my appliance over three weeks ago and he told me he needed a part and that he required a deposit to do the work. STUPID ME! He never came back, and now I have a court date to try and get my money back! Looks like a previous poster (Michele) and I have something in common, being ripped off and oh, a day in court! And oh John, if you don't show up in court they put warrants out! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! One star because a minus star(s) gets a no post! You talk about bitt... read more
