Excellent service from this company! I called this morning because my freezer stopped freezing. They were out early afternoon. Stan was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything very well and it was fixed and working again in no time.

You are not going to regret it. Not only your refrigerator will get fixed, but you will also get a bunch of recommendations on how to keep your appliances live and serve you for a long time.. something that I wouldn't know or hear about from anyone else.

PRO: Tech was able to come out to diagnosis a non-cooling GE refrigerator the same day. CON: $99.95 service fee. Tech's diagnosis -- a bad relay/capacitor to the compressor, which checked out OK -- was wrong. I replaced both with new parts, saving $200, and the refrigerator still does not cool. Their response to my complaint about the diagnosis; "Sorry, we are not responsible if your fix based on our diagnosis doesn't work."
