I wish I would've checked the reviews first, I took 3 watches to get the battery replaced, the location is HEB at Hwy 6 and Bellaire Blvd. While they replaced them, one of the watches was ruined, when they were opening the cap, they broke it, and told me that my watch didn't have a battery, trying to make me believe someone else had opened it before, which was a lie because it was a present, it was the first time I had the battery replaced, anyway I message the owner and she ask me to come in so they can fix it, I did not kn... read more

I bought a ring set from them in April of 2021 the diamond fell out a month later they charge me $50 to replace it. And told me that it wasn't a warranty on the diamond's now here it is November 2021 the same diamond fell out again. Once again I was charged $50.00 dollars again I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACES OF BUSINESSE.
