Kathy Holmes is very hard working, professional and knowledgeable in the real estate field but what sets her apart from other realtors is the fact that she is good hearted and cares about her clients. She keeps their best interest first, works to serve their needs and strives for a good outcome. Kathy is never too busy to return a call, answer a question or explain something. She's the best real estate agent we have ever encountered. I'd give her ten stars if I could.
Never showed my home in almost 11 months, no communication from her, not at all impressed, But in her defense she says

Searching the website for property was not smooth. I wasn’t sure where I was when I drove past a house for sale. Couldn’t find it because I didn’t know the city or zip where I was located. Trying searching a wider range. No luck. Bummer.
