My mom had used this company a year or 2 ago to clean our AC units, which was great. This year we called them again for our yearly cleaning as well as an issue with 3 of our units not working. At first, the technician that came out told us it was plugs that needed to be changed, and that he was going to have Manny order the parts and come back out. I called All Points HVAC, I thought I might have a small leak in the 2ND floor bathroom tub drain. As it turned out I had a small leak under the bathroom sink. The plumbing material was a 1 1/4 chrome trap with tail piece. The plumber informed me he could not do it because he didn't have time. I called the company to ask them why would you send the plumber here if he doesn't have time to do the job? They told him he will be doing the job.
