Our hoa condominium. Both the contractor & BOD walked the condos before finishes. Left me & my 60+ year old neighbor with 9 foot cracks & some part 3 inches wide in front of our garages of main parking spots while filling in the front of most other garages. Email HOA before project was finished only got attitude
I called to make a payment for my hoa and Lora (I think her name is) was helpful and she explained the charges. I had some late fees and she reached out to our point of contact for our neighborhood and the charges were removed. We were not explained during our closing that hoa fees do not come out of our escrow.
