Colin has been wonderful for our townhome association. He is organized and leads our meetings well. He also gets things done when we need help
Our place of business was damaged during Helene (late September 2024) due to improper maintenance of the outside windows. Water came in and caused the ceiling in our lobby to collapse. We immediately took measures to contain the water and clean up, then contacted All Points. We were not the only condo in the complex that endured damage. Besides this current issue, we have had to shovel our own snow, lay our own ice melt, and trim our own shrubs. A few months back, my husband and I received a FINAL notice threat letter in the mail, demanding payment of dues, after never having received the first invoice. I responded via certified mail and made prompt payment as requested. I copied a council member and the Neighborhood Association president on my letter. My understanding is that a Neighborhood Association is VOLUNTARY, as opposed to A Homeowners Association. I asked if and how we could opt out and was never answered.
