Couple of things. It is 2025 stop sending snail mail to address concerns. Being the HOA you should have everyone's email. 2nd You all are pretty pathetic complaining about how a yard looks when its rained more this year than any other year. Almost daily for a while now. Terrible. We are getting nothing for the dues we pay. Send someone around Bowerwood and at the fence repair. We are not second class citizens. Much better off when we ran it ourselves. You send nothing out about the minutes of your annual meeting.
Our small HOA struggled for several years to find a reliable HOA management company. After settling with Allpoints and getting Colin as our main contact, everything has been much smoother.
Colin has been wonderful for our townhome association. He is organized and leads our meetings well. He also gets things done when we need help
Our place of business was damaged during Helene (late September 2024) due to improper maintenance of the outside windows. Water came in and caused the ceiling in our lobby to collapse. We immediately took measures to contain the water and clean up, then contacted All Points. We were not the only condo in the complex that endured damage. Besides this current issue, we have had to shovel our own snow, lay our own ice melt, and trim our own shrubs.
