I usually don't write public reviews but I am so devastated that I believe that this is my only recourse. I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Jajuan to be transported to a medical appointment. When nobody arrived at the scheduled I waited 10 minutes outside my home with my caregiver and then called All Point Transportation. When the person answered there was music blaring in my ear.
