All-Phaze replaced flat roof, did not even come close to the proposal. Roof was leaking within 30 day of the job being finished. Turned them in to Better Business Bureau, said they would contact me and never did. Be prepared-this is a warning!
I am having a major problem with All Phaze Roofing. It has been about 2 months since first contacting them and I have now paid in full for a job that has been a disaster. Mike is a very nice man, but he frequently does not show up when he says he will. He sounded and acted as if he could fix the problem, told me his ideas on what he would do, and gave me a price, which I accepted. We decided on a date for him to start. He didn't show up. I called this company for an estimate and he said he'd check out the roof and call me back. He never called. I waited about 10 days and called again. He promised me that he'd check it out the next day and call me. That was about a week ago and I still haven't heard from him. Maybe he's a good roofer but he's a HORRIBLE business man.
