Every aspect of All Phase Restoration is extremely responsive, attentive and courteous. They quickly mitigated water damage in one of my bathrooms. They are an all purpose company and were able to quickly repair the bathroom with high quality work. In addition, I was so pleased that I am hiring them to do other remodeling work in my house.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from this company. While water mitigation work was being completed, I discovered that an item of mine went missing during their visit. Although it wasn't of significant monetary value, it was mine and should have never been taken. I reported this issue to management a week ago and have given them multiple opportunities to return what doesn’t belong to them. All Phase was extremely professional and prompt to addressing my water repair issues. All staff were enjoyable to work with and I was taken care of in a way that felt like family. I would recommend All Phase and will use them again for any restoration needs.
