All Phase replaced several of our windows in an older home. They did quality work and completed the job within the time frame they said they would. They were pleasant to work with and their cost was reasonable. However, after several reminders Matt Duffy has still not submitted the necessary information to the Energy Trust so we could get our rebate. Now he does not answer my emails. So if you use All Phase for window replacement, don't count on his support to get the energy rebate.

Do NOT use this company. Matt is a drunk who drinks on the job, then drives off your property. He has multiple DUI’s the latest being on 5/16/2024 when he hit 3 cars with children in the car at 4 in the afternoon in his WORK truck, with NO INSURANCE. Does this company even have insurance? Or does Matt show fake insurance cards like he did at this accident .i would hate for someone who’s been drinking to work on my home and god for bid something happens.
The company did a good job. They were fast and efficient.
Matt was very easy to work with and his crew did a great job. They replaced 7 100-year old windows for us with new vinyl windows that we like very much. The workmanship was excellent and they went over and above what we contracted for to make sure that everything was done just right. Matt also outbid his competitor and used a superior product. We are very happy with the work that he and his crew did.
