We came home one night to find only our house in complete darkness. National Grid (who also was fantastic) came right away and had a temporary line installed by 1:00am. I called Mark at All Phase and he and his crew were there within a day to install our new service line. He dealt with National Grid and the inspectors directly so I didn't have to do anything other than write a check. A sprinkler line was cut in the process (which is to be expected since the lines aren't marked) and Mark fixed that as well. I couldn't ask for... read more

Called Tuesday, Mark came the next day. Problem- tripped breaker, an animal had chewed wires under a shed- was fixed within hours. Also, gave me an approximate cost for a future kitchen renovation to be compliant with electrical code.
