I can’t say enough wonderful things about All Phase Electric! From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. They were professional, hardworking, honest, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They took the time to answer every single question I had and explained everything thoroughly so I understood exactly what they were doing and why. That kind of communication and customer service is hard to find these days! We will definitely use them and recommend them! Tracy
Professional and kind staff!
Generator finally delivered and hooked to house electric. 12 days after concrete pad dropped off. No fuel connected, generator is useless at this point. No operating instructions, no connecting to Wi-Fi. Left messages, numerous calls. On a scale of 1-10, communication from company has been a solid 1. Technician is fine.
