Honest, professional, dependable and skilled in their craft. So thankful we found this family business that did such a great job. Would not have trusted the big companies that tack on extra costs and cancel if they get a bigger job.
Bill did a great job cleaning the chimney, repairing the crown, and sealing the brick on the chimney at my house. Bill was very flexible and understanding with scheduling, as I had to move the appointment a couple of times on him. He was always responsive when I called him. He did a great job of explaining the repair work to me and helping me to understand any considerations. It was a pleasure working with Bill and his son Logan. Their work was very professional and thorough with cleaning and repairing our three chimneys. Communication was great with the whole staff. They were knowledgeable, punctual, fairly priced, and the job was competed on time. We look forward to having them back for annual chimney cleanings for all of our rental properties. Highly recommend!
Bill Penley and helper were very professional, kind, and such a great help! We had a nest of raccoons that had died in the chimney since it was a smooth flue that they couldn’t get out of and we didn’t have a cap in place. Mr. Bill took care of the mess, cleaned out the chimney and placed the cap in no time at all. I’m so thankful!! Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a chimney sweeper!
