All Pets Vet got my pup in very quickly today - within 5 minutes of calling. I know this can’t always be the case, as there wont always be an opening when I call, but I was so impressed/relieved/happy they could fit me in so quickly. The receptionist, Shelby, was so sweet and took care of every question and need I had. I was told upfront the cost of her wellness visit and everything that would be performed. Vet techs were great with her and the vet did a thorough job. Definitely just found my new primary care vet!
I take my bird here often and I even had the pleasure of working here temporarily. All Pets takes great care of all animals that come through their doors and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my bird as much as I do with All Pets! Love y’all!
Wow. Big shout out to All Pets vet hospital for their care of our beloved pet rabbit, Snowball. Unfortunately, she had to be put down. We were gone for the weekend but came home to a small package from them. The staff all took the time to write a note to us to express their support for our family and our love for our pet. They also included an impression of her paw and nose for our remembrance. They are so sweet and really care, not only for the pet, but for the entire family. Thank you so much All Pets.
AVOID THIS PLACE if you love your pets. They killed my daughters' bunny today. He died on the table when they administered the anesthesia. Then they had the AUDACITY to charge my daughter $126 for TEN mins of CPR. This is unethical business practices. I am livid and will be reporting this sham job to BBB and the appropriate authorities. My daughters bunny was only a year old and this should have been a routine procedure to get him neutered. This was my first visit to All Pets! I took my Casey in for a skin condition! Casey was scared and shaking the whole time! Dr Rupley and the Vet Techs were gentle and kind when handling him! Before any tests and treatments were done, I was told about them and I was given options! Thank you for that! Y’all took real good care of my Lil Man! I also want to thank Dalton and Holly for their help as well! All Pets has a kind, friendly atmosphere and they work together as a team! I have found my Vet Home! 🐶😊
Dr.Rupley is an amazing vet! I had a emergency with one of my chameleons and took him to her and she diagnosed and gave an amazing treatment plan, they go over every cost and make sure you are ok with it, which is amazing. She explained to me in great detail what was wrong and all the options and even explained the treatment thoroughly. I was so impressed and happy with this visit and will be returning with all my chameleons!
My parrots and I love All Pets! Dr. Rupley and her staff deliver great medical care along with plenty of TLC. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.
