I absolutely love this office. I've never met a staff that was more personal or caring. They remember each of my pets and ask me how they're doing even when it's not that pet being seen. They call and follow up on my pets when they're sick. They work with me with payments when I'm short on cash. They just genuinely care about the animals AND the owners. I'll never go anywhere else.
Dr. Bowers and her staff are the most kind and caring professionals when it comes to the treatment of my dogs...theyre the most wonderful people to work with...unlike a few other Vets offices ive used over the last 25 yrs, with All Pets and Dr. Bowers, you can genuinely sense a feeling of compassion and caring with regards to your animal....Highly recommend!
I am very picky with my dog and have been so afraid to change vet. For many years endured price gouging from another vet hospital only because the actual vet I had was like a friend. Today I made the change to All Pets and I am so excited. Great care, awesome staff, got an appointment same day. They were thorough and helped clean out her ears, provided me with tips to continue to keep them clean, and gave some great advice for her sore joints. Took a sick Guinea pig to see them and then came back with a healthy pig! I highly recommend this place.
Dr. Kimberly Bowers will care for your pets as if they were members of her own furry, feathered, scaly family. She's a dedicated, talented, vet and and a truly kind person.
Took my bunny Omelet for a visit earlier today and was blown away by how kind and gentle everyone was with him! I was worried about how he'd behave (he isn't too fond of people he doesn't know well) but he warmed up to Dr. Bowers quickly. She was incredible, truly. I'm excited to have found a great vet that has experience with bunnies!!!
