Great vet, office staff needs to go – Dr Hatzi is a great vet I had to put my cat my buddy of 16yrs to sleep she was very good to him and me, I was very broken up over him and she was kind to me, then i bring her a very sick kitten and she got him healthy, Now the bad news, the office staff is the worse staff i had ever met, Rude argumentative bitchy and out and out disrespectful. Great vet! Try to forgive the sometimes rude reception experience... – I've brought my cat in several times and Dr. Hatzi has always been wonderful. My pet is a "caution" cat, meaning she is a complete nightmare when it comes to the vet (they have to wear gloves, etc) but Dr. Hatzi and her staff have always treated her and ME with respect and treated her not as a problematic animal, but a pet who has a difficult time with being examined and requires extra attention. One staff member should be taken to anger managment!!!!! – I have been taking my dog to Dr H for a while now. The reason for that is, she is an amazing vet, very trustworthy. Although like the rest of the reviews --- I can not understand why there is a certain staff member still working there. I would give her name if I knew it !!!! My kitty is in good hands w/ Dr. Hatzi – It seems the common complaint in these reviews is about the office staff- I have found them to be rather brusque over the phone but pretty accomodating and polite at the office. I appreciate the gentle and respectful way they handle my pet in the exam room. They never pick her up by the scruff of the neck- a practice I find totally innapropriate for a full grown animal yet many vets do it anyway. Very rude office staff – Dr. H is great, if you can get by the super-rude office staff! They are totally unreliable and could give a flying you-know-what if your pet is dying.
Very Kind! – Dr. Hatzi is a great vet, when my cat was very ill, she showed great compassion even in his dying. She is a very caring women and I highly recommend anyone to take their pets there.
I love my pets' vet!!! – Dr. Hatzi is by far the best vet I know. She is equally skilled in assisting both animals and their owners. When one of my cats needed to be put to sleep she offered my cat the best care possible. She was also with my family throughout this decision offering sound advice and emotional support. She made this very difficult choice as comfortable as it could be; for this I am eternally grateful. She has shown the same care, compassion, and ability with my families other pets.
