Chuck R. My review of "All Pets" and Dr. Towles is based on the quality of care that our pet received. Our family dog was cared for by Dr. Towles and her staff for 17 years. She had three major surgeries and the countless shots, wormings, etc. We were always very happy with the treatment that our dog received. We know that her life was better becasue of All Pets. Don't Listen to the Naysayers! All Pets is the ONLY place I will ever take any pet EVER again. I have tried several other local vets, and I know this one is the best. Is it the biggest, most sparkling white, and high tech vet in the world? No, but it's also a LOT cheaper than anywhere else. And, they actually care about my animals. I have been in numerous times with my dog in semi-emergency situations (ie, allergic reactions). A real review, no bull I have read the reviews and I accept that people can have a bad visit at any establishment. I have taken my puppy there 4 times now and have never had a problem with Dr Towles or any staff or the smell or cleanliness, I have come during reg hours and after hours, she has been nice enough to stay past 6 pm so I could get off work, pick my puppy up to take her to Dr Towles. OWNERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PET OWNERS BEWARE!!!! I took my dog to her to have her treat my dogs leg that had been broken. The experience with her was so horrible! I would never take my dog there again. Honest, Good Vet, Great Prices After reading the other reviews I was VERY surprised to see the "Owner's Beware" comment on Dr. Towles charging her for things that weren't wrong with her pet. Dr. T and the Kitties My boyfriend recently had to take his cat to Dr. Towles' office. Aside from being obnoxiously loud, she was completely unprofessional. I'm a bit surprised that she found time to diagnose his cat as diabetic in between flirting with him while his mother and I were in the room. Jeanne H I rated this office as World Class because I am a former client of Dr. Towles. The distance for me to travel was quite far so I have used other Vet's in the last 2 years. I was told by my current Vet that both my dogs needed dental work.(Major Bucks!!!) However, just today, I called to get an estimate to see what it would be to have my "little girls" dental work done. All Pets has a dedicated and compassionate vet We have visited All Pets Veterinary Clinic on two occasions: when we found a turtle with a cracked shell and when we found a dog that had been hit by a car. Both times, it was after regular office hours but the vet was still there and kindly stayed even later to help with the injured strays. She ended up referring us to the emergency clinic for the turtle (in Marietta on 41 near Allgood~ they repaired the turtle's shell, realized she wanted to lay eggs, and gave her a safe place... read more
