I have been going to this clinic for years with our 3 family dogs, we have even taken our pet bird and hamster here. Recently i got a new puppy and started taking her here which we had no issues until now. I saw some reviews saying the visit felt rushed and I absolutely agree. Before I get into everything, I want to say that the staff of All Pets was very kind and helpful. The reception and techs are very respectful, lighthearted, and a delight to be around. One and an half months ago I adopted a young cat, Baby, and took him to All Pets when I noticed that he completely stopped eating. After some blood testing, I was informed that he had stage 4 kidney failure, on top of some other issues. We are so thankful for this clinic! We moved to Rogers a bit over a year ago, and we were so anxious about finding our boy a new vet. We landed here, thankfully! Scheduling is easy, pricing is fair, and the team is so attentive! Special thanks to Zach at the front desk who made us feel heard and cared for when my little boy wasn’t feeling so good after his vaccines, and provided some relief for him (and us!) Everyone here is great!!
All Pets is absolutely the best vet ever. My dog is a frequent flier and has the worst of luck. She’s still gets excited when I ask if she wants to go see the doctors and their friends. They provide the absolute best care and keep my animals comfortable while they do it. It seems like everyone is happy to see us and honestly loves their job and helping animals.
