I can't say enough about the kindness this staff gave my parents during one of the saddest days we have had. They were on their 49th wedding anniversary trip and while out of state one of the dogs died. They took her into this vet and they were so kind, took the steps to find out what happened (her heart stopped- she was 14), and send my parents away with answers and most importantly- compassion. Great place.. Very friendly and they treated my animal well...
I will no longer take my dog there. I have an appointment with one vet and never see him. My dog has been put on Painpills that he did not need. I was told that feeding my dog a grain free diet is not good for them. They need grain. What?? I fed my other dogs raw all their life and they where healthy as can be. I rescued my dog a year ago and he had a slight weight problem then living of people food and scraps or whatever he could get. He lives on a healthy diet now but needs a bit more exercise. I noticed my dog was scratching at one ear. I looked at it and she began to yelp. I called my normal vet and they weren't able to get me in until 2 days later. I knew that wouldn't work. I began looking online for vets close to me and I asked some friends. Several of my friends said to try All Pets. I called and sure enough they were able to get me in that day! Yesterday when I got off work I came home and found my new puppy very sick. She was left on a friend's door step and my husband and I decided to be her forever mom and dad. I quickly called our normal vet and was told they closed soon and couldn't help call the emergency vet. I then searched the Web for vets that would still be open. All pets animal hospital was the first one on the list. I called and they said sure bring her in, it was 5:40 pm! Such an amazing and helpful staff!!!! We just moved to Bentonville and didnt know which vet to use, we are more than satisfied with the care and attention All Pets Animal Hospital gives to our pets!!!
They always make my dogs feel better, what more could you ask for.
I was happy with All Pets until the weekend our 13 yr old chihuahua became very ill and when I called All Pets to see if they could see him, they said we're sorry, but we have people waiting in the lobby, so we can't see him. It was 11:00 or 11:30am on a Saturday and they do close at Noon, but I thought they would at least offer to try to fit him in, but they did not. I ended taking him to a different vet who was not his regular vet.
