Technician was exceptional. Spent a lot of time examining the entire house and located several places where rats and mice could be entering the home. Very knowledgeable and provided large amount of information in how to correct the problem. Highly recommend! If we have any problems in the future, we will definitely be using this company. Technician was also very friendly and did not rush the visit.

I have mixed feelings so far. All of the technicians were great, but had we known that there would be a one month wait for treatment, we would have gone with another company. Additionally, the same-day cancellation and the lack of customer service or care when I expressed my concerns leaves me conflicted. Daryl did a great job evaluating our house, so we decided to go with APS for pest service and termite treatment. These guys came to look at my situation and looked at all of the things I have already tried. He explained in detail the things I needed to change and the science behind it. But in the end, he said that there really wasn’t anything better that he could offer. Instead of trying to sell me something that wouldn’t be more effective, he helped me with what I am already doing. Very honest, no high pressure, very helpful. If I ever have another problem I am going straight to All Pest Solutions for service.
