I have mixed feelings so far. All of the technicians were great, but had we known that there would be a one month wait for treatment, we would have gone with another company. Additionally, the same-day cancellation and the lack of customer service or care when I expressed my concerns leaves me conflicted. These guys came to look at my situation and looked at all of the things I have already tried. He explained in detail the things I needed to change and the science behind it. But in the end, he said that there really wasn’t anything better that he could offer. Instead of trying to sell me something that wouldn’t be more effective, he helped me with what I am already doing. Very honest, no high pressure, very helpful. If I ever have another problem I am going straight to All Pest Solutions for service.
