I am extremely disappointed with All Pediatric Care and the way they have handled the closure of their Land O’ Lakes office and the release of patient medical records. The Land O’ Lakes office was closed without any notification to patients, leaving families to figure out where to go for continued care and how to obtain their records. My two children have been seeing NP Elena Chamorro-Cagwin since they were born, and I truly couldn't ask for a better healthcare provider. I can’t express how happy I am that I found this office. After trying several different pediatric practices and never quite feeling comfortable, I finally feel like my children are exactly where they need to be. Office staff is rude, they have no idea what is going on and lost paperwork on 2 kids! Takes forever to answer the phone as well!
