All Paws helped move 2 cats for me in 2019 and this review is looong overdue! Chris and Terri made everything easy and facilitated Buggy and Nym traveling from Massachusetts to Virginia safely. I received updates along the way as well as pictures! Nym was my cat Miu Miu's kitten and I gave her to a family friend once she weaned. I had a disappointing experience with terri when attempting to arrange transportation for my dog Scout from New Jersey to North Carolina. As pick up date approached I wanted to speak directly with the service provider to confirm details and sure I felt comfortable and trusting them with my pet. Unfortunately this reasonable request turned into a frustrating ordeal due to their lack of communication. Terri and Melanie were great and ensured safe travels and communication via updates and pictures and they came through with transportation for R.J. my kitten that I sent to my niece in Ohio from Arkansas!! We were all in a group chat together and it was something new for my niece and I, but; it turned out more than what we expected over all. I'm glad Terri reached out on citizenshipper and worked with me!

We just had a puppy shipped by this company from TN to NJ. Melany (our driver) was a pleasure to deal with. She communicated with us the entire trip. She texted once a day with pics of the pup on his journey and updates on her eta. The puppy arrived healthy and happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. Thank you Melany!
