There is no one better in the area. Our dog has only seen Dr. Carletti and will continue to only see her. She went out of her way for us today even though they were only seeing appointments and doing surgeries. The crew there is always really busy, but that's the cost of being awesome. For anyone that has given a negative review I can only imagine the situation was misunderstood... again, this office has always been accommodating and reasonable with our family and budget for last 9 years. Getting my dog fixed and they botched the surgery. Gave my dog brain damage and didn’t call for hours after knowing she wasn’t waking up . Then said they didn’t wanna take her off the vent , but once they were getting ready to close they rushed her off . Absolutely unacceptable . Will never go back and will tell everyone about it. If you love your pet DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. They don’t care and let my dog suffer. She is only a few months old. Absolutely ridiculous how they treated us .
No one answers the phone. They prompt you to email. They did get back to me within the hour, although never confirmed my appointment... told me “if you’re that worried, take him to the animal emergency room”- my concerns were only I adopted a new puppy, I just wanted to make sure he was ok. I highly doubt emergency prices were necessary for that. I felt I was not important. My dog was not important. Their prices were almost double to Middletown Veterinarian Hospital (which i 100% recommended by the way). Just not impressed a... read more
